Can I make money with my property?

Any flat, house or real estate located in Spanish territory is valid to present it as a guarantee.
What happens if I am the owner but not working?
This is not a problem. To get access to our loans we won’t ask you as main requisite to present us any employment contract.
Do I need any personal guarantee to apply for?
You don’t need any extra guarantee to get access to our loans.
How much can I get with my flat without having to sell it?
Our mortgage-backed loans can be up to 300.000 €. The final amount will depend on the assessed value of the property you give as a guarantee.
I am an owner and listed on delinquency files, can I get access to any loan?
For sure you can. For Suitaprest being listed on Asnef or Rai is not a problem. Our loans for owners are designed to solve any liquidity problem or pay off debts.
The ownership is shared with my partner. Can I apply for anyway?
For sure. You will be the holder of the loan and you both will present your propery as the collateral of the mortgage.
