What is a mortgage-backed loan?

On a mortgage loan a property asset (flat, house or venue) is presented as a warranty for the refund of the loan.

What is a mortgage-backed loan for?

A mortgage-backed loan is used to solve any liquidity problem, either for customers or businesses. It is not suitable for home purchasing but for any other financial operations as assets buying, payments, debt consolidation, seizures cancellation or removing their names from delinquency files.

What is the difference with a personal loan?

In the case of personal loans, debtors will have to respond with all their assets -present or future. In the case of mortgage loans, the warranty is the property presented on their request. Mortgages have normally longer payback terms and lower interest rates.

Can I ask for a mortgage loan if my property already has a mortgage charge?

Yes, you can. Bear in mind, the property you present as warranty may have a mortgage-back loan outstanding although it should be small.

Can I remortgage my property?

If you need to cancel off your current mortgage with your bank and even ask for more money for other expenses you can do it with no problem. We will manage all the procedures with your bank.
